Day 1: Arrive in Delhi
Welcome to Delhi, India's capital, where the sounds are lively and the colors vibrant. When you arrive at the India Gandhi International Airport, you will be met by our representative and take a private car to your hotel.
Day 2: Explore the vibrant city of Delhi
Your full-day sightseeing adventure includes visits to some of the capital's most iconic landmarks, starting with the magnificent Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll then delve into history at the Humayun's Tomb, another architectural gem. The day continues with a tour of the historic Red Fort, followed by a stop at the India Gate, a symbol of national pride. You'll drive by the grand President House and pay your respects at Rajghat, the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. To conclude this enriching day, you'll visit the serene Lotus Temple, known for its lotus-shaped architecture. Your overnight stay in Delhi provides a comfortable rest before your journey continues.
Day 3: Delhi to Agra | Get your First Glimpse of the Magnificent Taj Mahal
Embark on a scenic journey south to Agra in your private car, a drive that takes approximately 5 hours, passing through the picturesque landscapes of India. In the afternoon, your sightseeing adventure unfolds with a guided tour of the exquisite Itimad-ud-Daulah's Tomb, affectionately known as the 'Baby Taj,' nestled within an elegant garden setting. Later, at Mehtab Bagh, often referred to as the 'Moonlight Garden,' you'll be treated to a classic and awe-inspiring view of the Taj Mahal. As the sun sets, the Taj Mahal's pristine white marble façade transforms into a breathtaking shade of orange, casting a spellbinding glow over this iconic monument.
Day 4: Agra | Explore the Shared Past of the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort
Embark on a guided exploration of the Taj Mahal, one of the world's most magnificent architectural wonders. Marvel at its flawless symmetry, the towering teardrop-shaped spires, and the immaculate Islamic garden—a true representation of paradise on Earth. Afterward, visit the formidable Agra Fort, an imposing structure constructed from red sandstone. Within this vast complex lie a series of regal buildings where Shah Jahan, the creator of the Taj Mahal, spent his final years. From the fort's octagonal tower, he had unobstructed vistas of the Taj Mahal, a testament to the enduring love story that resides in these hallowed structures
Day 5: Agra to Jaipur | Visit to the City Palace
Get on a picturesque drive to Jaipur, often referred to as the "Pink City," with a journey lasting approximately 5 hours. To conclude the day, head to the majestic Nahargarh Fort, where you'll be treated to an unparalleled bird's-eye view of the city at dusk, a truly enchanting experience that showcases the city's splendor in the fading light
Day 6: Jaipur | Explore the Amber Fort
Begin your day's journey at the iconic Hawa Mahal, often referred to as the 'Palace of Winds.' This architectural gem is a renowned landmark in Jaipur, offering a glimpse into the city's rich heritage. From there, proceed to the magnificent Amber Fort, a testament to the opulent history of Jaipur. As you explore, be captivated by the exquisite Sheesh Mahal, also known as the Hall of Mirrors, where intricate designs and countless mirrors create a stunning visual display. The grand courtyards, vibrant frescoes adorning the buildings, and the meticulously landscaped gardens all come together to paint a vivid picture of a dynasty's resplendent past.
Day 7: Return to Delhi and Departure breakfast
Today you will drive back to Delhi (approximately 5 hours) via private car and you will then be transferred to the Indira Gandhi International Airport to catch your flight home. If you would like to stay in Delhi one more night, we are pleased to help you arrange accommodation.
